We pack every order by hand within 1 to 2 business days. After that, delivery takes 8 to 12 business days inside the United States and 12 to 20 business days internationally. You get a tracking link by email the moment your parcel leaves us.

Shipping is free on orders of $45 or more, anywhere we ship, so any two necklaces ship free. Orders under $45 ship for a flat $4.95, in the US and abroad.

Yes. We ship worldwide on the same terms as at home: free on orders of $45 or more, $4.95 under that. Parcels usually arrive in 12 to 20 business days. Import duties or local taxes, when your country charges them, are paid by the person receiving the order.

It arrives by email as soon as your order ships, usually 1 to 2 business days after you order. If you cannot find it, check your spam folder, then write to us with your order number and we will send it straight over. You can follow your parcel any time on our Track your order page.

Almost never. It is normal for tracking to stay quiet for the first 48 hours while the carrier scans your parcel into its network, and for it to pause for a day or two between hubs. If nothing has moved in 10 business days, tell us and we will chase the carrier for you.

If you spot a mistake, write to us within 12 hours of ordering and we will fix it as long as the parcel has not shipped. After that, the carrier decides, though we will always try to help.

You have 30 days from delivery to ask for a full refund of the item price. Write to us through the Contact page with your order number and we will take care of it. That is our 30-Day Happily Ever After Guarantee.

In most cases, no. Sending a small necklace back across the country usually costs more than the piece itself, so once your refund is approved you keep it, or pass it on to someone who will love it.

We issue approved refunds within 2 business days, back to the card or account you paid with. Your bank usually takes another 5 to 10 business days to show it on your statement.

Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will ship a replacement free of charge, or refund you in full. Whichever you prefer.

Most pieces are 18K gold plated over a solid base, on a stainless steel chain. Some styles use sterling silver, lab-created opals, hand-set crystals, freshwater pearls or coloured enamel. Every product page lists exactly what that piece is made of.
