We want you to love your Storyelle piece. If it is not the one, you have 30 days from delivery to ask for a full refund of the item price. No long forms and no interrogation.

How to start a return

Write to us through our Contact page or at support.storyelle@gmail.com with your order number and, if something is wrong with the piece, a photo. We reply within 24 hours.

In most cases you do not need to ship anything back. Sending a small necklace across the country usually costs more than the necklace itself, so once your request is approved we refund you and you keep the piece, or pass it on to someone who will love it.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, or you received a style you did not order, send us a photo within 30 days of delivery. We will ship a replacement free of charge or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. We issue them within 2 business days of approval, and your bank or card issuer usually takes another 5 to 10 business days to post the money to your statement.

The item price is refunded in full. Shipping fees paid at checkout are not refunded, and orders that qualified for free shipping are refunded at the price you paid.

Cancellations and changes

Orders start being packed quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, write to us within 12 hours of placing it and we will do everything we can before it ships. Once a parcel is on its way, the 30-day guarantee above takes over.

Exchanges

Want a different princess or a different style? Tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will send the piece you would rather have. If there is a price difference, we will let you know before anything ships.

What the guarantee does not cover

Normal wear over time, damage from accidents or misuse, and pieces reported more than 30 days after delivery. Necklaces are waterproof and tarnish-free for everyday wear, but they are not made for swimming pools, salt water or harsh chemicals.
