Delivery
My tracking has not moved in a few days.
That is normal. Carriers scan parcels between hubs, not every hour, so tracking often sits still for a day or two and then jumps several steps at once. If nothing moves in 10 business days, tell us and we will chase it for you.
It says delivered, but nothing arrived.
Check with anyone else at your address and look around the porch, mailbox and side door, since small parcels get tucked away. If it is still missing after 24 hours, write to us with your order number and we will make it right.
I never got a tracking email.
It is usually in the spam folder, or the order has not shipped yet (we pack within 1 to 2 business days). If neither is the case, write to us and we will resend it.
Can I still change my address?
Within 12 hours of ordering, yes, as long as the parcel has not shipped. Write to us right away with your order number and the correct address.
How long does international delivery take?
12 to 20 business days, plus any time your parcel spends at customs. Shipping is free on orders of $45 or more and $4.95 under that, the same as in the US.
