This website is operated by Storyelle. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Storyelle. By visiting our site, browsing our collection or placing an order, you agree to the terms below. Please read them before you buy.

Our products

We photograph and describe our jewelry as accurately as we can. Colors, sparkle and tone can look slightly different depending on your screen and on the light around you. Measurements are approximate and can vary a little from piece to piece, as is normal for small jewelry.

Our pieces are inspired by classic fairy tales that live in the public domain. Storyelle is an independent brand and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any film studio, publisher or character rights holder.

Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in US dollars and can change without notice. Promotional prices apply while the promotion is running. Payment is taken securely at checkout, and we never see or store your full card details.

We work hard to keep prices and stock accurate, but errors happen. If a product is listed at the wrong price or is no longer available, we may cancel the order and refund you in full before it ships.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example when an item is out of stock, when payment cannot be verified, or when an order looks fraudulent. If we cancel an order you already paid for, you get a full refund.

Shipping and returns

Delivery times, rates and tracking are covered in our Shipping policy. Refunds, exchanges and our 30-day guarantee are covered in our Refund policy. Both are part of these terms.

Your account and the information you give us

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us, including your shipping address and contact email. We are not able to recover parcels sent to an address that was entered incorrectly, though we will always try to help.

Content on this site

The text, photography, illustrations, logo and layout on this site belong to Storyelle and may not be copied, resold or used commercially without our written permission. Reviews and customer photos are shared with the permission of the people who sent them.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to break its security, to scrape or copy it at scale, or to interfere with how it works for other people.

Wearing our jewelry

Our pieces are made to be worn every day, but they are jewelry, not toys. Please keep them away from small children, who could swallow a pendant or a clasp.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as a gift that did not arrive in time for a birthday, though we will always do our best to make things right.

Changes to these terms

We can update these terms at any time by posting a new version on this page. The version published here when you place your order is the one that applies to it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
